Virtual Radiology was produced by a multi-disciplinary team of specialists, the Leeds and West Yorkshire Radiology Academyand the Technology Enhanced Learning team, LIME at the University of Leeds. Thanks to all who contributed to its development and production.

Radiology Experts

Dr Dominic Barron, FRCR, Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals and Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Leeds. Dr Barron is the Undergraduate Lead for the Leeds Radiology Department and directly oversees all facets of this. In addition he has developed the Case Studies Library and the Case of the Week in conjunction with Dr Sue Bickerdike.

Dr Fahmid Chowdhury, MRCP(UK) FRCR, Consultant in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine
Dr Fahmid Chowdhury is the organizer of the Radiology Breakfast Club (RBC). Fahmid is a dual-certificated consultant in radiology and nuclear medicine, and the clinical lead for nuclear medicine services at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. He qualified from the University of Leicester in 1996, and subsequently trained in general internal medicine before undertaking higher specialist training in radiology and nuclear medicine in Leeds, Oxford and Zurich between 2002-2008. He has research interests in hybrid imaging and is passionate about undergraduate teaching.

Dr Brook Adams, Dr Chris Miller and Dr Andrew Snodden are Specialist Registrars on the Leeds / Bradford Radiology Training Scheme who have been major contributors to the Case Studies Library.

Mr Nigel Gummerson, Consultant Spinal Surgeon and Dr Tobi Aderotmi, Radiology Specialist Registrar have both contributed to RBC On-Line Seminars.
